Inclement Weather updates

Tuesday, Dec. 11: 8:00 AM
Knollwood will be open at 1 PM.
Given the amount of snow on back streets and driveways--and frigid temps in the morning--driving conditions may be hazardous. However, by mid-day, travel should be much safer and easier.
At KBC, the parking lot is plowed and sidewalks are clear to the buildings' entrances. Major streets are clear though back streets in Knollwood’s neighborhood still have some snow. Fortunately, the campus has not lost power.
We’ll leave a light on for you!

Monday, Dec 10, 8:00 AM

Campus is closed - All activities Cancelled.

Saturday, Dec. 8, 9:00 AM

Due to the magnitude, timing, and likely difficulties and dangers of the approaching storm, Sunday services and all other events are canceled at Knollwood for Sunday, December 9.
The Christmas Music Festival, previously scheduled for tomorrow, has been rescheduled for next Sunday morning, the 16, at 10:45 a.m.
Tomorrow is a great time for individuals and families to draw on the attached Advent devotional booklet. This booklet is an original Knollwood creation with devotionals by Rick Vinson, children and family activities by Chrissy Hardy, and edits and design by Diane Lipsett.
So stay home, safe and warm on Sunday, and enjoy a special time with your family.

Friday, Dec. 7, 2:00 PM

Given the pending storm, the Christmas Music Festival scheduled for this
Sunday, Dec. 9, will be postponed till Sunday, December 16.
The large numbers of children, youth, and adults required to present this
program make it impossible to proceed on a Sunday with inclement weather.

However, the rehearsals scheduled for tomorrow,
Saturday, Dec. 8
  will still be held.

If the storm continues on the track it is now on,
it is unlikely we will have Sunday School,  Worship,
or any other Knollwood events on Sunday.
However, that decision will not be made until Saturday.

Keep an eye out for emails from the church or check this page for updates.
